Our online course “Bioinformatics Pipeline Development with Nextflow” this week was a great event. The 12 participants from 19 different countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, USA, Denmark, UK, Austria, Lithuania, Hong Kong, Netherlands) learned how workflow management systems can accelerate their research. By using our browser-based terminal, they were able to directly apply the knowledge gained and together implement and start their first pipeline with Nextflow.
